Our newly renovated venue is versatile enough to host a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings and team-building activities to private celebrations, weddings, family reunions, baby showers, retirement parties, and more! Located in the heart of Paradise, The Hall and The Boardroom offer an ideal venue with room availability seven days a week. The Hall 2400 sq. ft. space Accommodate up to 126 people seated Ample parking 65” flat screen TV LED programmable ceiling lights Alcohol permitted at private events The Boardroom 216 sq. ft. meeting room Conference table and chairs Accommodate 8-10 people 55” flat screen TV Rental Rates @The Hall Daytime (8am-5pm) $300 Weekday evenings (small events) $300 Weekend evenings (small and large events) $600 Weekend Wedding Specials Full day $750 (8am onwards) Weekend $1000 (Friday evenings and all day Saturday) Rental Rates @The Boardroom Daytime $100 (8am-5pm) Facebook for The Hall in Paradise. If your date is free and you’d like to proceed, please EMT the non-refundable deposit ($100 for weekend evening; $50 other rentals) to HIACgive@hotmail.com and be sure to include your name and date of rental in the message section. The balance of the rental and a $200 damage deposit should be paid a couple of days in advance of your event. On the day of your event the Rental Coordinator will meet you onsite to sign the rental agreement, provide a key, etc. Further information can be found in the rental agreement. Click Here. Food and Catering Coffee Matters is our exclusive caterer at The Hall and has sole access to the kitchen facilities. They have an extensive onsite catering menu which includes everything from sit down dinners to appetizers, and BBQs to brunches. Renters are permitted to bring their own food but please note that no access to kitchen facilities will be provided. |
