*A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be required to reserve a date.
Payments can be made via EMT to hiacgive@hotmail.com;
please include your name and date of rental in the message portion
of the EMT. Arrangements can be made to pay in cash as well.
Renters are required to remove all decorations, bag garbage, tidy up kitchen, dispose of any left over food, and stack recycling.

3 hour rentals for smaller events.
